Blackwood Action Group / Station Gardens

BAG has maintained the Blackwood and Coromandel railway stations for many years now. You are more than welcome to join us for our regular bi-monthly working bees. You can check out when the next one is scheduled via our Facebook Page.

COROMANDEL STATION GARDENS

Many stations on the Belair line were upgraded in 2009.

Coromandel Station’s platform access was made more

disability-friendly and all the gardens were re-designed.

BAG volunteers planted all material and hold regular

Bi-monthly Working Bees to maintain all the plantings.

Blackwood Station

BAG volunteers meet bi-monthly to plant  and maintain the large garden areas.

The gardens have greatly enhanced this historic station’s precinct - viewed by train commuters, Tourists and local residents.
